about 1910
Ferdinand Christian Heck takes on the Heck Mill in Gondelsheim in 1914 and in 1920 sits the master’s examination in the milling craft.
1945
Richard Ferdinand Heck (our grandpa), takes over the Heck Mill from his father Ferdinand and subsequently also sits the master’s examination.
1963
The first grain silo at 32 meters high is built.
1967
Willi Brauch (our father) sits the master’s examination.
1981
The second grain silo at 45 metres is built, with a storage capacity for several thousand tons of grain. Subsequent conversion of the grain mills to daily output of 40 tons.
1985
Dog and horse biscuit production starts.
1989
Our parents, Angelika and Willi Brauch, take on the mill.
Continuous expansion of production capacities and extensive investments in automation.
2015
Complete automation of the packaging area in 2015.
2019
A further production site to extend production capacities is opened in 2019.
2020
V-Label in 2020 – our fortune cookies may carry the Vegan Label.
2020
All production sites are now certified according to the IFS Food Standard – Higher Level.
